Our School
At Headlands, we provide a rich and relevant curriculum focusing on interesting and challenging tasks alongside practical and varied experiences. All children are helped to grow in confidence to work independently and to develop self-esteem and self-discipline.
In Nursery and Reception, all children learn through structured, exploratory play and have the opportunity to experience a range of stimulating and fun activities. From Year 1, children follow the subjects of the National Curriculum and, in addition, our older children are taught French.
We have excellent resources and facilities at our school which support the children’s learning, including an extensive library, computer suite, interactive whiteboards in all classrooms and a swimming pool.
